Rules + Regulations

We will issue a full refund or an exchange for a stone of the same value within 60 days of your purchase.
Stones must be in their original condition. If you’ve had a change of heart and would like to make an exchange, it must be greater than, or of equal value to the stone(s) being exchanged. If your new stones exceed the value, we will email you a secure invoice for the remaining balance. As soon as we receive your returned stones, we will process an exchange or return in accordance with our policies.


HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

Step 1: forward your purchase confirmation email to returnkyc@gmail.com

Step 2: drop a link the stone you’d like to exchange for. If you can’t find anything on our site, email us with what you’re looking for and we’ll make it.

Step 3: we will email you a shipping label you will then print and paste! Drop it off at your local mail facility.

The day we receive your package, is the day we will ship your new stone!


HOW TO RETURN

Step 1: forward your purchase confirmation email to returnkyc@gmail.com

Step 2: we will send you a shipping label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (ranges from $4-$15 depending on the weight).

Step 3: print your label, package the returned stone, and drop it off at your local mail facility!

CONSIDER THE STONES!

PLEASE PACKAGE YOUR STONE WITH CARE!
Some are quite fragile making it imperative to package correctly. If you don’t have the original eco-friendly packaging material and are unsure, you can always resort to bubble wrap. We will recycle it!

Note: we consider all of our packages fragile, give the mail facilities a heads up on your package… just in case.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE

Your love for unique stones is the reason we do this, and when you love your stone, it keeps us going.
Life happens, and when its at the expense of your beloved stone, we’ve got you covered. Shoot us a “heads up” email letting us know what you’d like done (attach a picture if you can).

  • we will fix, or replace, any broken chain.

  • if your stone needs a touch up, we will run it through all of our resin wheels and give it another polish.

  • we can’t necessarily fix a broken piece but we will give you a deal on another.

You will be responsible for shipping your stone to us, and we’ve got it covered on the way back.
